Phone numbers are personal data under GDPR and most local laws. Bulk checks on Cheker.pro do not remove lawful basis requirements.

Controller vs processor

You are controller (define purposes and lists). Cheker.pro is processor (runs checks on your instruction). Contracts and privacy policy should reflect this.

Consent & opt-in

Technical validation (phonecheck, ws, tg) does not legalize cold outreach. Store consent proof separately from checker CSV exports.

Retention & minimization

Recommend 30–90 days for results. Do not hoard checker CSV «just in case». Delete after CRM enrichment.

Consider partner API hosting and your policy when data leaves your region.
