E.164 phone normalization before bulk WhatsApp & Telegram checks

Most WhatsApp and Telegram false negatives come from bad formatting, not missing accounts. E.164 is the standard for list prep.

What E.164 means

International format: country code + national number without trunk prefix. Examples: Brazil 5511999990001, US 12025550101.

Common mistakes

• Local format without country code 55/1/7
• Excel scientific notation on long numbers
• Spaces, dashes, brackets mid-line
• Mixing phone and email in a phone task

How to prepare your file

1. Single column — one number per line
2. Add country code to every row
3. Export UTF-8 CSV from Excel/Sheets
4. Check min batch for task type in catalog
